The DM thing wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It's more fun in some respects because you have more power to say "Yes, I will allow this" and "No, you can't do that" though the balance of making sure your story goes well and that the players have fun is still there.

Mostly it's a lot of writing on the fly since the Players never do what you want--which is why preparing ahead of time is so important. If you know your story inside and out, you don't have a problem throwing an encounter at the Party in a different place if they go off the rails (which they do). XD

It's fun! I wasn't expecting it to be, but it is. :D
