Complex Comics Take Longer to Draw...
...who would have thought!?
I've been working on my comic reboot and so far I have a simple chapter cover and two pages done out of the 5 I thumbnailed. Lol. I have a third page sketched.
It's safe to say it's taking me a lot longer to draw pages with actual panel layouts, backgrounds, and varying poses longer than it took me to draw four panels of copy-pasted heads.
This isn't a bad thing; the pages look much better.
But it does mean I need to sit down and figure out an update schedule that won't burn me out, but also gives readers some substance. At the moment I'm thinking twice a week updates, because there is no way I will manage three.
Now I just need to keep that motivation up and actaully get my buffer done so I can start posting my new comic. XD
